Ouch!My elbow so pain!Thx 2 my swimming coach.He said there was 'special' training 4 us 2dae.Yeah,da training was REALLI 'SPECIAL'.Each time aft we swim 2 laps,he make us do exercise. 1st exercise was 'squatting'.Easy lah, juz move up n down 4 20 times.I did that 2 times oni.Then da 2nd exercise is da one from hell.Oni our elbows n tip of our feet can touch da ground. Our chest, stomach n knees cannot touch e ground. Wads more stupid-"backsides up!"Then hav 2 stay there 4 1 min. Wah lau, my stomach was damn pain.Then u noe wad my coach sae? He sae,"Stomach pain means gd!"Watta hell!Did it 2 or 3 times. Then aft da last one da skin ard my elbow was damn pain,those type of pain when u get cut.3rd one stil ok.We hav 2 sit on the floor, hands behind n both legs up straight.My legs wasnt realli v straight aft da 2nd torturing exercise.@ 1st, my elbows were not so pain n red @ da pool.Aft i bath n went 4 lunch,i could c it was SWOLLEN,V RED N V PAIN!Now beta aft applying some cream.I realli hate 2dae's exercise!
